While creating designs for South Texas College Finance and Administrative Services, I was asked to redesign the cover of the Employee Handbook for their division. The result is a letter-size piece that contrasts what has been done in the past while upholding STC's branding guidelines at the time.
My goal was to design a cover that utilizes STC's rich color pallet to create a diverse scene that welcomes new-hires and sparks an exciting anticipation for their future at STC.
