Urban Herb’n is not only a showcase of my design potential, but encompasses my involvement in environmentalism and solo animal-liberation activism as well as highlighting my love for cooking. Inspiration for the food stand stemmed largely from the lack of plant-based eating options available at UTRGV.
Here are the photos from the exhibit. I built that cart from scratch. It's a nifty little stand, I'm happy I was able to construct it in time. It is made up of cabinets my apartment complex threw out + a rotting computer desk that was in my yard.
This project was also nominated for an ADDY and won honorable mention!
All and all, the BFA exhibit was an amazing evening. I'm so glad to of meet the people in my BFA class.
